There was this one fight, right, against a Demorai brute with too many arms, and I kept losing because I forgot to strip my own armor for the agility bonus. That mechanic, the stripping in combat, it sounds dumb but it works. You trade defense for speed and sometimes the enemy gets distracted. Then after the fight you can just... keep going with whoever survived. The game doesn't care if you're covered in blood or cum. It just moves on to the next hex on the map.

The sandbox part is weirdly relaxing. You wander around Mirnos, poke at ruins, talk to a milf alchemist who definitely wants to peg you, and then suddenly you're in a foursome with a futa knight and two elf sisters. The writing is not great. Some lines feel like they were translated through a potato. But the animated scenes, the 2dcg ones, they have this rough energy. Like someone drew them with one hand and coded with the other. I respect that.

I wish the pregnancy tag meant more than a belly sprite and a stat debuff. It won't change. I know it won't. But the lactation scenes, those are surprisingly detailed. And the netori stuff, stealing wives from lords, it's there if you want it. The combat gets repetitive after a while, same tentacle grab, same oral sex finisher. The soundtrack is mostly ambient drone, like a broken music box in a wet basement. It fits. The voice acting is nonexistent, which is fine because the dialogue is already awkward enough. I kept playing for the strategy layer, the way you manage your party's corruption and loyalty. It's not deep, but it's deeper than it looks. Like a puddle with a basement under it.

The sandbox loop here is basically muscle memory at this point if you played the first ones. Wake up, check the phone, go bother someone. But then this futa being shows up and the whole "pass and collect" routine gets weird. Like, reality bending weird. Not complaining though because the scenes with her and the milf character, holy shit. The thighjob animation where the physics go slightly haywire for a split second, you know the one, it's so janky it circles back to being perfect. Localization wise, some dialogue boxes feel like they were run through a translator from 2005. "A being has crossed your path" is technically correct but nobody talks like that. It adds to the charm I guess.

The pregnancy stuff is a slow burn. You're mostly grinding through handjob and titfuck scenes to unlock the next story beat with the "5 Powers" plotline. And there's this one gilf character who teases you forever before anything happens. The groping mechanics during the sandbox segments are basically just clicking highlighted body parts until the meter fills. It's simple but the 3dcg models have this uncanny smoothness to them. Big ass, bigger tits, you get the picture. The oral sex scenes have this weird audio glitch where the sound cuts out for half a second. Happens every time. I started anticipating it like a beat drop.

The threesome unlock near the midpoint is worth the grind though. Creampie finish with both characters, the animation loops a bit too long but the facial expressions actually sell it. For a mobile game port, the touch controls are surprisingly not garbage. Just don't expect the story to make sense if you haven't played The Caretaker. They just assume you know who everyone is and honestly I forgot half the lore anyway. The futa scenes are the highlight, everything else is just filling the collection.

I remember this one dev, way back, made stuff that felt like it had actual dirt under its fingernails. The Caretaker has that same energy, a deliberate unpolishedness that somehow makes the futa nurses and milf doctors more real, not less. The 3DCG is janky in that specific way where the shadows are too sharp and the skin textures have a weird plastic sheen. Perfect. Anything smoother would ruin it.

But the way she teases, pulling back right when the meter fills up, that's some old school Corruption of Champions mind game shit. You learn to hate the edge button. Then you meet the intern, a futa with a bigger package than you, and the power dynamic flips so fast you get whiplash. One minute you're groping her in the break room, the next she's got you bent over a desk. The sandbox stuff means you can just loop the creampie scenes with the older gilf administrator until the pregnancy flag triggers. No real consequence, just a belly mesh that appears and then disappears next scene. Classic.

The writing though. It's a sitcom that forgot the laugh track. Some dialogue choices are genuinely sharp, like when you can tell the milf doctor you're "conducting a hands on examination" while literally doing a titfuck. Other times it reads like a bad translation of a bad translation. The oral sex scenes have this wet, sloppy sound design that's way too loud in the mobile version.
