I remember this one dev, way back, made stuff that felt like it had actual dirt under its fingernails. The Caretaker has that same energy, a deliberate unpolishedness that somehow makes the futa nurses and milf doctors more real, not less. The 3DCG is janky in that specific way where the shadows are too sharp and the skin textures have a weird plastic sheen. Perfect. Anything smoother would ruin it.

First thing you do is move in with your mom. Then you get this clinic job and immediately, I mean immediately, the head nurse has you in a supply closet. She doesn't even pretend it's medical. Just shoves those massive tits in your face and talks about stress relief. The thighjob scene that follows is what I'd call aggressively functional, like the animator had one reference video and a deadline. Her stockings have this weird seam that clips through her leg in two frames. I noticed. Can't unsee it. But the way she teases, pulling back right when the meter fills up, that's some old school Corruption of Champions mind game shit. You learn to hate the edge button. Then you meet the intern, a futa with a bigger package than you, and the power dynamic flips so fast you get whiplash. One minute you're groping her in the break room, the next she's got you bent over a desk. The sandbox stuff means you can just loop the creampie scenes with the older gilf administrator until the pregnancy flag triggers. No real consequence, just a belly mesh that appears and then disappears next scene. Classic.

The writing though. It's a sitcom that forgot the laugh track. Some dialogue choices are genuinely sharp, like when you can tell the milf doctor you're "conducting a hands on examination" while literally doing a titfuck. Other times it reads like a bad translation of a bad translation. The oral sex scenes have this wet, sloppy sound design that's way too loud in the mobile version. Had to fumble with my phone's volume rocker on the bus. Not my proudest moment. The animated handjobs have this one loop where the wrist bends wrong. Breaks the whole rhythm. But then you get a threesome scene with the two rival nurses and suddenly the jank becomes choreography. They work together, one on your face, one on your cock, and the camera just sits there like a security feed. No music. Just skin sounds and heavy breathing. It's uncomfortable. It's hot. It's the kind of thing that sticks with you not despite the rough edges but because of them. This dev gets that. Most don't.

I don't know why every porn game thinks the "walking in on morning wood" scene is mandatory. It's like a law or something. This one has it too, obviously. You're back from college, and instead of the usual landlady setup, it's your grandmother's friend. Which is... a choice. The whole thing feels like someone took a checklist of fetish game tropes and just ticked boxes, but then got bored halfway through and forgot to polish anything. The dialogue sometimes reads like it was translated through three different languages and then back, and there's this one texture on the couch that just stretches weirdly when you interact with it. I spent way too long staring at that couch.

The groping mechanic is exactly what you'd expect, basically a click and wait situation. But then there's this bizarrely specific cosplay scene that comes out of nowhere. She's dressed as some character I vaguely remember from an old anime, and the game just... commits to it. The titjob animation in that part is actually decent, which surprised me because the rest of the animations are so stiff. Like, did one person on the team just really care about that one scene? The spanking sound effects are also weirdly loud compared to everything else. Almost jumped the first time.

The pregnancy stuff is there if you want it, I guess. And there's some light BDSM elements that feel tacked on, like someone remembered the tag list at the last minute. The peeping scenes are standard fare, but the shower one has this glitch where her ass clips through the curtain and it's more funny than hot. For a game about seducing an older woman, the power dynamic never really goes anywhere interesting. It's just... stuff happening. The harem aspect barely exists, it's mostly just her. Which is fine, I suppose, but don't tease me with group sex tags if you're not gonna deliver. The urination content is there if you actively seek it out, hidden behind some dialogue choices that don't make much sense. Overall, it's exactly what you think it is, except when it accidentally isn't.

Got stuck on the twin thing for like twenty minutes. Not the actual twins, I mean the mechanical puzzle of it. Red's this total blank slate virgin, right, hired to fix up a motel that's literally falling apart in the middle of nowhere. Then his twin sisters show up. And the game just... lets you. The voyeurism mechanics are so janky and specific. You click a peephole and the animation loops this one frame of a massive ass and the character model's expression doesn't change at all. It's so unpolished it circles back to being genuinely weird and uncomfortable, which for a horror tag is maybe the point. Or maybe the dev just couldn't draw faces.

The motel's swimming in milfs and gilfs with proportions that would break a spine. Point and click around this sandbox and

Alright, here's the thing about this game. It knows exactly what it is. The whole setup is that tired old trope where the MC comes home from college and suddenly every woman in a five mile radius has her legs open. But instead of the landlady, it's the grandmother's friend. A GILF. And she's built like a brick house, massive tits, wide hips, the works. The first time you "accidentally" walk in on her changing, the sprite work is actually... surprisingly decent? The way the light hits those curves. But then the dialogue kicks in and it's like reading a text message from a bot that learned English exclusively from bad hentai subs. "Oh, young man, your thing is so big." Groundbreaking.

Spent a good chunk of time on the shower peeping scene. You know the one. The steam effect is a nice touch, but the MC's internal monologue is so cringe I had to alt-tab to my Discord for a second. There's a groping mechanic while she sleeps that's basically a minigame of not waking her up, and the tension there is real, I'll give it that. The lactation content comes later, tied to a pregnancy route that's surprisingly easy to lock into. One minute you're getting a titjob on the couch, the next she's got a belly and you're... well. The amazon position scene was a jumpscare, not gonna lie. Didn't expect this sweet old lady to flip the script and start domming. Wish there was more of that, honestly. The femdom moments are rare but they hit different when they happen.

The whole thing feels like it was coded in a weekend fueled by a very specific, very potent strain of nostalgia and lust. The sound design is basically nonexistent, just some stock squelching that loops awkwardly. At one point during a threesome scene with her and a neighbor, the audio just cut out completely. I thought my phone died. Nope, just the game giving up. And yet I kept clicking. The cheating and netori tags are no joke, the whole neighborhood is at it. There's a scene with twins that comes out of absolutely nowhere and then is never mentioned again. Classic. Don't go in expecting a coherent plot. Just... a vibe. A very horny, very unpolished vibe that somehow works if you squint and turn your brain off.

The sandbox loop here is basically muscle memory at this point if you played the first ones. Wake up, check the phone, go bother someone. But then this futa being shows up and the whole "pass and collect" routine gets weird. Like, reality bending weird. Not complaining though because the scenes with her and the milf character, holy shit. The thighjob animation where the physics go slightly haywire for a split second, you know the one, it's so janky it circles back to being perfect. Localization wise, some dialogue boxes feel like they were run through a translator from 2005. "A being has crossed your path" is technically correct but nobody talks like that. It adds to the charm I guess.

The pregnancy stuff is a slow burn. You're mostly grinding through handjob and titfuck scenes to unlock the next story beat with the "5 Powers" plotline. And there's this one gilf character who teases you forever before anything happens. The groping mechanics during the sandbox segments are basically just clicking highlighted body parts until the meter fills. It's simple but the 3dcg models have this uncanny smoothness to them. Big ass, bigger tits, you get the picture. The oral sex scenes have this weird audio glitch where the sound cuts out for half a second. Happens every time. I started anticipating it like a beat drop.

The threesome unlock near the midpoint is worth the grind though. Creampie finish with both characters, the animation loops a bit too long but the facial expressions actually sell it. For a mobile game port, the touch controls are surprisingly not garbage. Just don't expect the story to make sense if you haven't played The Caretaker. They just assume you know who everyone is and honestly I forgot half the lore anyway. The futa scenes are the highlight, everything else is just filling the collection.

The Unreal Engine purist in me is fucking screaming. Textures pop in like they're playing whack a mole, the lighting is baked so flat you could serve pizza on it, and the character models have that default Daz3D plastic sheen that makes skin look like a Barbie doll left in a hot car. But my dick doesn't care about LOD settings or proper PBR materials, does it?

The premise is a fever dream. You're back from college, and instead of the usual landlady setup, it's your grandmother's friend. A GILF with tits that defy physics and a libido that apparently survived the Cretaceous period. The first "morning wood" scene where she walks in on you is so poorly animated it loops like a broken GIF, but something about her dead eyed expression while she pretends to be shocked... I laughed. Then I kept clicking. The shower peeping segment has water effects that look like someone smeared Vaseline on the camera lens, yet I found myself leaning forward. What is wrong with me?

The sleep groping mechanic is janky. You click, a hand moves, she moans in a voice line that sounds like it was recorded in a bathroom. There's a threesome later with twins that just... appears. No buildup, no logic, just suddenly two identical midgets are there and everyone's cool with it. The anal scenes clip through geometry constantly. I counted three separate occasions where a penis just phased through a stomach like a ghost. And the squirting. Jesus christ, the squirting. It's a particle effect that looks like someone turned on a garden hose made of cum. I couldn't stop watching.

Somewhere around the fourth creampie, I realized I'd been playing for an hour. The game is objectively broken. The "romance" is just a series of increasingly unhinged sex acts with no connective tissue. But that's almost the point. It's like the dev looked at every fetish tag on the list, threw them in a blender, and served the chunky result without straining. BBW lactation? Sure. Footsex with a nun? Why not. A harem ending that makes zero narrative sense? Obviously.

I still don't know what netori means and at this point I'm afraid to look it up. The cuddling scene after the BDSM segment felt genuinely tender for about three seconds before another threesome started. This game is a mess. I'm going to play it again tomorrow.

There was this one fight, right, against a Demorai brute with too many arms, and I kept losing because I forgot to strip my own armor for the agility bonus. That mechanic, the stripping in combat, it sounds dumb but it works. You trade defense for speed and sometimes the enemy gets distracted. Then after the fight you can just... keep going with whoever survived. The game doesn't care if you're covered in blood or cum. It just moves on to the next hex on the map.

The sandbox part is weirdly relaxing. You wander around Mirnos, poke at ruins, talk to a milf alchemist who definitely wants to peg you, and then suddenly you're in a foursome with a futa knight and two elf sisters. The writing is not great. Some lines feel like they were translated through a potato. But the animated scenes, the 2dcg ones, they have this rough energy. Like someone drew them with one hand and coded with the other. I respect that.

I wish the pregnancy tag meant more than a belly sprite and a stat debuff. It won't change. I know it won't. But the lactation scenes, those are surprisingly detailed. And the netori stuff, stealing wives from lords, it's there if you want it. The combat gets repetitive after a while, same tentacle grab, same oral sex finisher. But then you find a hidden cave with a gilf witch who offers you a choice between a curse and a blowjob, and you remember why you're still clicking.

The soundtrack is mostly ambient drone, like a broken music box in a wet basement. It fits. The voice acting is nonexistent, which is fine because the dialogue is already awkward enough. I kept playing for the strategy layer, the way you manage your party's corruption and loyalty. It's not deep, but it's deeper than it looks. Like a puddle with a basement under it.
