That lightsaber sound effect when you ignite it. They actually got the hum right. Not the movie one exactly but close enough that I caught myself grinning like an idiot at 1am, clicking back and forth just to hear it again. Kaylan, my character, some random farmboy who's about to get his whole world flipped, standing there with this ancient weapon he barely understands. And I'm thinking, okay, this is gonna be one of those games where the sex scenes interrupt the plot, right?

Wrong. Or maybe half wrong. The first real encounter with that Twi'lek smuggler, the one with the scar through her eyebrow, happens after a firefight where I genuinely wasn't sure if I'd made the right dialogue choice three screens back. My heart was still going from the action sequence, and then suddenly her hand is on Kaylan's chest and the CG art shifts into this gorgeous rendered scene of her going down on him. The contrast hit different. Not just "here's the porn part" but like the tension actually earned it. The oral scenes especially have this weight to them, the way the characters' eyes stay locked. There's a vulnerability that most adult VNs skip entirely.

The vaginal sex scenes later with the Jedi exile, forget her name now, she's got that stern master vibe but when she finally breaks. The art style goes full hentai CG, all soft lighting and exaggerated expressions, but the writing underneath stays committed to the drama. She's crying during it. Not in a weird way. In a "I've been alone for ten years and now this idiot farmboy is inside me and I don't know how to process feelings" way. I wish the game let you fail more often though. The romance paths feel a bit too forgiving, like you can say the dumbest thing and still end up in someone's bunk. And the sci-fi elements, the actual Star Wars parody bits, sometimes they're too reverent. Just commit to the bit, you know? Make Darth Not-Vader actually menacing instead of a cardboard cutout. The action sequences between the sex scenes drag a little, lots of text about ship maneuvers I skimmed through. But then there's this one moment where Kaylan uses the Force during sex, accidentally, and his partner's reaction is so perfectly written I forgave everything. She laughs. Actually laughs at him. And it's the most romantic thing in the whole game.
