The localization in this thing is a beautiful trainwreck and I mean that as the highest compliment. Playing Silvergate City feels like someone fed a horny soap opera through Google Translate three times then had a real human fix it up just enough to make sense. The dialogue has this rhythm where characters will say something perfectly natural like "bro you're blowing up on stream" and then immediately follow it with "my loins ache for your youthful vigor" from a professor who looks like she hasn't slept since 2007. It's jarring in the best way.

The college setting is basically a playground for every fantasy the writers had about what American university life looks like from outside. You're this guy who becomes a streaming sensation overnight and suddenly every woman with curves that defy physics wants to jump your bones. The choices actually matter though, which surprised me. You can genuinely lock yourself out of certain scenes by being too much of a horndog too fast. There's this one path with the dean where if you pick the obvious thirsty option she just shuts you down completely and you never get another shot. Respect.

The art style is consistently inconsistent. Some scenes look like they had real care put into them, the lighting on certain characters during the more explicit moments is genuinely good, and then you'll get a random background character who looks like they were drawn in MS Paint during a lunch break. The streaming mechanic is whatever, it's just a number that goes up, but the way it changes how characters react to you is neat. By the time you're famous the same milf who ignored you in chapter one is suddenly finding excuses to bend over near your desk. Subtle it ain't. But who's here for subtle? The game knows exactly what it is and leans into it hard. Some of the romance paths actually have decent writing buried under all the jiggle physics. I forgot what I was talking about. The sound design is nonexistent but honestly that's fine because I'd rather not have moaning coming through my speakers when I forgot to plug in headphones.
