Right, so the whole premise is you're some random nobody who suddenly gets put in charge of Sector V after Numbuh 1 gets called away. And by "in charge" I mean you get to tell all these familiar characters what to do while they're wearing increasingly less clothing. The game doesn't even try to hide what it is, the art looks like someone traced over screenshots with a shaky hand and the writing has that specific energy of a forum post from 2007. It's kind of perfect actually.

The management stuff is barebones, you click around the treehouse assigning tasks and the real meat is in the "training" sessions. I spent way too long trying to figure out the corruption system, like there's this meter that fills up but half the time I couldn't tell what was making it go faster. The spanking scenes have this weird rhythm to them, the sound effects are stock as hell but somehow that makes it funnier. There's one bit where you can make Numbuh 5 do cosplay outfits and the game just... lets you. No justification, no plot reason, just here's a menu of costumes now go wild. The exhibitionism stuff sneaks up on you too, one minute you're doing normal KND missions and the next everyone's walking around the moonbase in their underwear and nobody mentions it.

The voyeurism mechanics are janky though, you have to position your character at specific spots during certain time windows and I missed like three scenes because the UI doesn't tell you when you can peek. Also the lesbian content is mostly background flavor which feels like a waste, you'll see two characters going at it in the corner while you're stuck managing resources. The groping mini-game is just mashing the mouse button and hoping for the best, very 2005 flash game energy. I wish the sandbox elements were more sandboxy, you can't really break anything or do things out of order, it's all on rails disguised as freedom. The big ass tag is accurate though, whoever did the character models had a specific vision and they committed to it completely.
