Right, so I'm staring at this achievement list for Getting Inside, trying to map out the routes. There's one for the redhead, one for the demon chick, and one that's just called "Oops" which I'm pretty sure means you fucked up somewhere. Classic.

The whole thing kicks off with this loser protagonist, right, and a demon just pops out of some ancient seal and decides to be his wingman for the lulz. Doesn't want his soul or anything, just wants to watch the chaos. That's the whole setup. The writing is deliberately janky, like someone ran a dating sim through Google Translate twice and then added their own horny commentary. There's a scene where you're trying to seduce a librarian and the dialogue options are basically "Be smooth" or "Be a complete dumbass," and picking dumbass actually works better which makes no sense but also perfect sense. The sex scenes are fully explicit, lots of close-up shots and squelching sound effects that my phone's speaker did not handle gracefully on the bus. Forgot my headphones like an idiot. The art is that slightly off-model hentai style where the boobs seem to change size between panels, but the facial expressions during the climaxes are genuinely good, like the artist put all their skill points into the O-faces and phoned in the rest.

The demon character keeps breaking the fourth wall to mock your choices, which got a genuine laugh out of me the first time he called me a "thirsty little goblin" after I picked the most perverted option three times in a row. Wish the game remembered your previous route choices though, because replaying the same opening dialogue to get a different ending feels like grinding for loot drops. The "Oops" ending is literally just the protagonist tripping and knocking himself out before any sex happens, which is such a troll move I almost respected it. Almost. The sound mixing is all over the place too, some voice lines are whisper quiet and then the next one blows out your eardrums. No patch for that, I checked.
