Heaven is a fishing minigame and the bait is your mouth. I don't know why this works but it does. The first Dildo Fishing was already unhinged but this sequel cranks the absurdity to a level where you're literally, and I mean literally, catching angel girls with your tongue. The clicker rhythm feels like playing a broken version of that old Popcap game Feeding Frenzy except instead of fish it's big titted celestial beings and instead of eating them you're... well. The cumshot mechanic triggers when you successfully reel one in, which sounds straightforward but the timing is this weird micro-puzzle that the game never explains. You just fail a few times and then your hand figures it out.

The arcade structure is barebones. You click, you catch, the angels moan, numbers go up. That's it. There's no progression tree or unlockable heavens or whatever. Just a single screen with sky beauties floating past and your avatar's mouth gaping open like a broken garage door. The art is deliberately scuffed, like someone drew it with a mouse in MS Paint while extremely distracted, which honestly adds to the whole thing. Clean polished visuals would make this feel clinical and weird in a bad way. This feels like you found a corrupted.swf file on a USB stick in 2007.

I wish the angels had more variety in their reactions. After the tenth catch you've heard all the voice lines and the audio starts looping in a way that breaks immersion. Not that immersion is the point of a game where you perform oral on celestial bodies. The Angel Beats reference in the tags is doing a lot of heavy lifting, the aesthetic borrows from that show's character design language but then immediately does unspeakable things to it. The catcher minigame has this one angel that moves erratically and her hitbox is straight up lying to you. I've lost her three times in a row and I'm still mad about it. The big tits tag is accurate, they bounce with physics that don't exist in our universe.
