ok so you know that feeling when you cosplay a character and the outfit is just slightly wrong but somehow that makes it hotter? like the seam is pulling across your chest and everyone's staring but you're not sure if it's because they recognize the character or because your tits are about to pop out. that's this game. it's rough around the edges in a way that feels intentional, like the devs knew exactly what they were doing when they made the farmer's son protagonist look like he's never held a sword in his life but somehow his pants are always tight in the right places.

the slaver raid scene. jesus. your dad gets killed by some shadowy figure and your sister or whoever gets taken, but the way the camera lingers on the female characters during the chaos. there's this one moment where a barbarian woman with betrayal issues shows up and her tits are just. i mean they're massive. like physically impossible but who cares. the game has this whole political intrigue thing with the fallen theocracy of kaelor and religious zealots but honestly i spent most of my time trying to get the princess who denies her heritage into situations where her clothes would maybe fall off. there's a devilish figure too, some succubus type who wants to awaken your darkest desires, and the dialogue choices you make with her actually change how explicit the scenes get. i picked the wrong option once and got a fade to black. almost threw my phone.

the multiple endings thing is interesting because your choices affect both the romance and the violence. like you can be a total dick and still get the girl, or you can be nice and someone dies horribly. the graphic violence tag is no joke, there's blood and guts mixed in with the sex scenes which is. a choice. not sure how i feel about that. the exhibitionism comes in during this one quest where you have to sneak through a temple and there's a scene with a priestess that i won't spoil but let's just say the confession booth gets used for things that would make actual priests faint. the 3dcg models are a bit stiff sometimes, the animations don't always line up right, but again it adds to that unpolished charm. like a cosplay photo where the wig is slipping but you post it anyway because your ass looks amazing.
