Priscila’s face is everywhere. billboards, magazine covers, that one perfume ad where she looks like she’s about to sneeze but it’s supposed to be sexy. the game opens with her already halfway up the ladder, and honestly, the 3dcg models have that weird plastic sheen that reminds me of those old second life screenshots people used to post on 4chan. not a complaint, exactly. it adds to the whole uncanny valley of it all, like everyone’s a mannequin that learned to sweat.

the director guy is such a cliché. slicked back hair, suit that costs more than my rent, voice like he’s gargling gravel and bad intentions. he offers her the big break and you, as priscila, get to decide how much of her soul she trades for it. the corruption here isn’t subtle. it’s a sledgehammer. one minute she’s doing a handjob in a limo because he “needs to relieve stress,” the next she’s getting groped during a fitting and the game frames it like a minor inconvenience. there’s a scene with another female model, a rival, that starts as a catfight and ends with them scissoring on a pile of designer dresses. it’s so aggressively male gaze that it circles back to being almost camp. almost.

the animation loops are janky. during a group scene in a hot tub, one guy’s arm clips through priscila’s torso for a solid ten seconds and i couldn’t stop laughing. the masturbation bits are weirdly detailed though, like someone on the dev team had a very specific vision and just went for it. you can practically hear them muttering “this is the important part” while coding the finger movements. the whole thing feels like a fever dream you’d have after falling asleep watching a lifetime movie about modeling while your roommate watches porn in the next room. the audio mix is a mess too, the moans are too loud and the background music is this tinny royalty free jazz that makes every sexual harassment scene feel like a bad joke. i still don’t know if that was on purpose.
