Bro, the anatomy in this game is absolutely ridiculous. I'm talking beach ball physics strapped under a nurse's uniform, the kind where you just know the artist spent 87% of their time rendering the chest area and then remembered oh shit, she needs a face too. There's this one scene early on, you're the new male nurse or whatever, and you're "helping" a patient. But the game calls it helping like I call my 3 PM Reddit break "checking emails." You're basically playing operation but the buzzer goes off every time you graze a tit, and the whole thing has this greasy, deliberate slowness that feels less like a medical sim and more like a very specific, very sticky daydream.
The whole NTR angle is there, I guess. You're the guy, but the story is about her, the nurse with the impossible center of gravity. She's got a boyfriend or something, a total non-entity you never see, just a name that floats up in her dialogue like a sad fart. The real gameplay loop is watching her moral compass spin like a fidget spinner while a patient's hand "accidentally" finds her ass for the fifth time. It's a visual novel so your choices are basically "be a slightly less horny weirdo" or "unlock the next handjob scene." I spent way too long on the dialogue where she's adjusting an IV drip and the text is describing her internal monologue about "the warmth of his touch" while the static image just has her boobs clipping through her arm. Peak game development, right there.
Presentation is that super clean 2D hentai style, the kind that makes you feel like you're scrolling through a very organized, slightly cursed image gallery. It's a browser game, so it just exists in a tab, waiting for you to alt-tab back when your actual work gets boring. Which is always. The sound design is just... silence. I think. Maybe I had it muted. The real audio is the voice in your head going "really? that's the third 'accidental' grope this shift." It's in development, so maybe they'll add a plot later, but for now it's just a machine for generating those very specific, "oh no, my hand slipped" moments that make the whole hospital run like a very unprofessional clock.
