What a beautiful mess this is. The AI CG gives everything this weird glossy sheen like a history textbook printed on a cheap shower curtain, and honestly that's perfect for a game where you play Caligula. You know the one. Horse senator rumors, sister fucking, the whole Roman disaster. The models have that uncanny valley look where sometimes a face is almost photorealistic and other times it melts into a wax museum reject during an anal scene. I spent way too long staring at one character's hands during a titfuck sequence, they had seven fingers. Seven. And I can't decide if that's a bug or some avant garde commentary on imperial decadence.
The forced and corruption tags are doing heavy lifting here. You're not gently persuading anyone, you're Emperor of Rome and the game remembers that. There's this one early scene with a virgin character where the power dynamic is so blunt it almost circles back to being uncomfortable, and then five minutes later you're orchestrating an exhibitionist orgy in the palace gardens while the AI generated crowd watches with dead eyes. The voyeurism mechanic pops up weirdly, sometimes you're just observing scenes you set in motion and it feels detached in a way that might be intentional. The male domination angle is relentless, handjobs in the senate, oral under togas, vaginal and anal scenes that blend together after a while because the AI art gets confused about which hole is which.
The historical setting is a joke obviously. They threw in some Latin sounding words and called it a day. But the incest content is front and center like the history nerds always whisper about, and the game doesn't blink. There's this moment where you corrupt a character so thoroughly that their entire model seems to change, the AI art shifts and suddenly they look like a different person. Could be a glitch. Could be thematic. I don't know anymore.
The masturbation scenes feel lonely in a game full of bodies. That's probably the point. Real model faces pasted onto these debauched scenarios create this weird dissonance that I kept thinking about long after closing the browser tab.
