The sandbox part is where it all falls apart, honestly. You get this whole 3DCG university, right, and the premise is you're a student with secret mafia ties in a city run by gangs. Classic setup. I spent maybe forty minutes just trying to figure out the management menu, clicking through spreadsheets basically, when what I actually wanted was to see if the girl from the rival family would finally stop giving me death glares in the library and do something else. The tension is there, in theory. You're supposed to keep your connection hidden, and the school setting feels appropriately suffocating, all these clean hallways hiding dirty money. But the criminal underworld feels like a spreadsheet. You manage your rep with different gangs like you're balancing a checkbook.

There's this one scene, though. You corner a fellow student who's been snooping around your dorm, and the power dynamic just snaps. She's all defiance until she realizes who you actually are, and the 3D models are janky, don't get me wrong, but her expression change, that little flicker of fear, is genuinely hot. The explicit stuff that follows is direct, raw, not trying to be artsy. You bend her over the desk and the dialogue is pure mafia arrogance, "You wanted to know my secret, now you'll keep it." Stuff like that. The male protagonist is a blank slate mostly, but in those moments he clicks. I just wish the game had more of those moments instead of making me click through menus to send goons on errands. I don't care about territory percentages. I care about the student council president who's definitely laundering money and the way she looks at you like you're a stain on her expensive shoes. The secret school life is the draw, not the gang management sim bolted onto it. I forgot what my point was. The sex scenes hit hard when they finally happen, but the grind to get there is just... spreadsheets. The sandbox is a cage.
