The character models have this weird glossy sheen, like everyone just stepped out of a shower but forgot to dry off. It's 3DCG that doesn't pretend to be anything else. No uncanny valley here, just straight into the plastic abyss. And I can't stop looking at it. The ahegao faces are so exaggerated they loop back around to being art. Crossed eyes, tongues out, that specific vacant expression that would get you banned from most Discord servers. The footjob scenes have this strange attention to anatomy where toes curl in ways that defy biology but somehow work within the game's own twisted logic.

The horror elements creep in sideways. One minute you're doing standard dating sim stuff, picking dialogue options, trying to get the shy virgin girl to open up about her feelings. Next minute there's whispering. Actual voiced whispering through my headphones that made me check if I left a tab open. The game doesn't announce when it shifts genres. The school setting feels normal until you notice the shadows moving wrong in the background of a masturbation scene. That's the thing about primordial evil, it doesn't respect your fap schedule.

Voice acting carries this whole mess. The teasing lines land better than they should, especially during the harem route where everyone's competing for attention. Some lesbian scenes between side characters feel more genuine than the main romance beats. The voyeurism stuff gets uncomfortable, which is probably the point. I wish the horror path had more consequences for being a complete bastard. You can literally aid evil in ruining these girls' lives and the game barely reacts differently than if you played nice. The animated sequences stutter sometimes, like the engine can't decide if it wants to show you porn or a creepypasta. Both, apparently. Both is good. Dare to play it alone, or invite company?
