The first time you see Iris in the break room, she's adjusting her blouse and pretending not to notice you staring at her chest. Classic office crush stuff, right? Wrong. Because three scenes later you're in a memory loop where you might have killed someone, and she's looking at you like she knows exactly what you did but also kind of wants to fuck about it. That's the energy here. Monet is this weird corporate city-state that started as a segregation project and somehow became a country, and Deimos Corporation runs everything including apparently your brain chemistry.
The sex scenes hit different when you're not sure if the woman riding you is genuinely into it or if she's been programmed to keep you docile. There's this one moment with the redhead from accounting, forget her name, where she's got her legs up on the desk and you're going at it, and mid-thrust she whispers something about "the project" and you realize oh shit, this is a loyalty test. Or maybe it's not. The game never really tells you. The animations are that slightly stiff 3DCG style where the boobs move like they've got their own physics engine but the faces sometimes look like mannequins having an existential crisis. Somehow that makes it hotter? Like everyone's a little bit broken and the uncanny valley is part of the corruption theme.
What gets me is how the office politics and the fucking blend together until you can't separate ambition from manipulation. You're climbing the corporate ladder while literally inside a coworker and neither of you knows if this is romance or just survival instinct. The sci-fi memory loss stuff could be pretentious but it's actually just confusing enough to make you feel as disoriented as the protagonist. I spent twenty minutes trying to figure out if I'd already slept with the secretary or if that was a dream sequence. Still don't know. The game doesn't care if you're keeping track. It just keeps throwing big tits and moral ambiguity at you until you stop asking questions.
