The shower scene. It always starts with the shower scene, right? The pixelated steam, the badly looped water sound that cuts off weird. I’ve played a hundred of these landlady games, the ones where you click around a house and eventually click on a sleeping woman’s tits. This one, though. The twist is it’s not the landlady. It’s your grandma’s friend. Which is somehow both lazier and more specific. Like someone just did a find-and-replace on the script. “Landlady” becomes “Grandma’s Friend.” Done. Ship it.
The morning wood scene is a masterpiece of awkward framing. Your character’s dick is just there, a flesh-colored traffic cone under a bedsheet, and she walks in and the dialogue is something like “Oh my, is that for me?” and you have two choices, both of which are basically “Yes.” I clicked yes. The animation that followed was like two mannequins being pushed together by a bored god. The sound effect for the money you earn was a cash register ding. I laughed so hard I choked on my own spit. The sleep groping part is even better. You just click on her chest and a hand icon appears and a meter fills up. It’s so mechanical it loops back around to being genuinely, accidentally surreal. Like a Duchamp readymade made of horny garbage.
I wish the grandma character was actually in the game more. She’s just a photo on the mantelpiece you can click for a guilt mechanic that lowers your “courage” stat. What a missed opportunity. The whole thing runs in a browser tab I forgot was open and my laptop fan started screaming. It’s not a good game. The writing is copy-pasted from a thousand other games. But there’s a purity to it. A vision. A single, unpolished, sticky vision of seducing a woman who is not your landlady. I respect the grift. The cookie-cutter has one new, weirdly shaped edge and they’re using it with total, dead-eyed confidence.
