The opening shot of Miss O'Connell leaning over the bed with her tits practically falling out of that nurse top sets the tone right away. You know what you're getting. This is the third or fourth Lucky Patient thing and they've stopped pretending there's a story beyond Mr. Johnson's dick being the main character. The redhead and Ellie both look like they've been waiting all shift for this, which is fine because the animation does the heavy lifting. When the threesome actually starts, the camera sits low and close, POV style, so you get a real sense of those big silicone looking bodies pressing in from both sides. The creampie finish is exactly as messy as you'd expect from this series, maybe more so since both girls take turns riding him before the final pop.

The sound design is weirdly sparse. Some wet noises, some moaning, but then long stretches of silence where you just watch the loop cycle. I kept waiting for a button to switch positions or speed things up, but it's mostly just click through a few scenes. That's not a complaint exactly, more like a shrug. The doctor fucks patient tag is there but barely matters, he's not even wearing a coat half the time. One thing I wish was different: the cum texture looks like white paint, too thick and glossy. Won't be fixed, I know.

Replayability is low unless you really love watching the same two positions from slightly different angles. But for a quick session, the build up works. The girls' faces during the double blowjob are the best part, especially Ellie's eyes when she looks up. Then it cuts to a wide shot and you notice the bed doesn't even have sheets. Small thing, but it bugged me. Anyway, if you've played the earlier episodes, you know the drill. This one's got more boob physics, less dialogue, and a final scene that'll make you forget the awkward middle part where nothing happens for a while.
