God I miss when visual novels had that raw, unpolished energy. You know what I mean? Like before everything got smoothed over with perfect UI and particle effects. This thing has it in spades. The art is obviously AI generated and you can tell, some fingers are a bit weird, proportions shift between scenes, but honestly? It adds to the whole fever dream vibe. You're this guy who moves into his dead dad's house and suddenly there's femboys everywhere that only you can see. The game never explains if it's ghosts or trauma or what. They just show up in your kitchen, lounging on furniture, wearing these tiny shorts and crop tops, all slender legs and knowing smirks.

The writing has this strange rhythm. Sometimes it's genuinely clever, like when one of the boys starts dissecting why you can only see them, and it gets weirdly philosophical about loneliness and desire. Then five minutes later you're reading a scene where he's arching his back and the text just goes full explicit. No warning, no buildup. Just suddenly describing how his stockings feel against your skin, the way his breath hitches, all of it. The game doesn't do that thing where it pretends to be classy about sex. It's messy and direct and honestly refreshing because of it.

The crossdressing stuff is handled in this oddly casual way. Nobody makes a big deal about it. The boys just wear what they wear and the eroticism comes from their confidence, not from some weird taboo angle. There's this one scene with lip gloss that I keep thinking about. The way the dialogue stumbles then recovers, like actual conversation. Some of the choices feel meaningless but others lock you out of entire relationship paths and you won't know which is which until you replay. The humor lands about half the time. When it misses it's awkward but when it hits, like during this ridiculous argument about laundry that somehow turns into something else entirely, it's genuinely funny. I wish more games understood that horny and silly can coexist without one undermining the other.
