I don't know what I expected from a prequel about the guy who becomes the perfect husband and father. Maybe some sweet backstory, some cute meetings. What I got was a slow, deliberate unpeeling of a man who's basically a walking hormone wrapped in a trauma blanket. The first scene with Anna, before she's Anna, before she's anything but a woman in a coffee shop, had me holding my breath. Not because of the tits, which are, you know, present and accounted for in that specific 3DCG way where they seem to defy several laws of physics. But because the writing actually made me care if he said the wrong thing.

The lewd content is... patient. That's the word. There's a thighjob scene that takes forever to build up and I mean that as a compliment. You're watching this guy, the MC, fumble through intimacy like he's defusing a bomb, and the animation loops are simple but they focus on the right things. The slight tremble in the character models. The way a handjob isn't just a handjob, it's a conversation where nobody's talking. I wish the creampie scenes didn't all have that same slightly glossy finish, like someone waxed the models right before. But that's a small thing.

What sticks with me, weirdly, is a moment where he's just sitting on a balcony. Nothing lewd happens. He's thinking about his ex, about the family he lost, and the text just sits there with him. In a game tagged with harem and milf and vaginal sex, the quiet parts hit harder. You're collecting these women, sure, building toward the inevitable harem, but the game keeps whispering, "This is how he learned to be gentle." And then a big tit milf will show up and the whole thing pivots to something that would make a romance novel blush. The dating sim mechanics are bare bones, choices that feel more like suggestions, but the story drags you along anyway. It's not a quick wank, the description warns you, and it's right. It's a slow burn that occasionally catches fire.

The sandbox loop here is basically muscle memory at this point if you played the first ones. Wake up, check the phone, go bother someone. But then this futa being shows up and the whole "pass and collect" routine gets weird. Like, reality bending weird. Not complaining though because the scenes with her and the milf character, holy shit. The thighjob animation where the physics go slightly haywire for a split second, you know the one, it's so janky it circles back to being perfect. Localization wise, some dialogue boxes feel like they were run through a translator from 2005. "A being has crossed your path" is technically correct but nobody talks like that. It adds to the charm I guess.

The pregnancy stuff is a slow burn. You're mostly grinding through handjob and titfuck scenes to unlock the next story beat with the "5 Powers" plotline. And there's this one gilf character who teases you forever before anything happens. The groping mechanics during the sandbox segments are basically just clicking highlighted body parts until the meter fills. It's simple but the 3dcg models have this uncanny smoothness to them. Big ass, bigger tits, you get the picture. The oral sex scenes have this weird audio glitch where the sound cuts out for half a second. Happens every time. I started anticipating it like a beat drop.

The threesome unlock near the midpoint is worth the grind though. Creampie finish with both characters, the animation loops a bit too long but the facial expressions actually sell it. For a mobile game port, the touch controls are surprisingly not garbage. Just don't expect the story to make sense if you haven't played The Caretaker. They just assume you know who everyone is and honestly I forgot half the lore anyway. The futa scenes are the highlight, everything else is just filling the collection.

I remember this one dev, way back, made stuff that felt like it had actual dirt under its fingernails. The Caretaker has that same energy, a deliberate unpolishedness that somehow makes the futa nurses and milf doctors more real, not less. The 3DCG is janky in that specific way where the shadows are too sharp and the skin textures have a weird plastic sheen. Perfect. Anything smoother would ruin it.

First thing you do is move in with your mom. Then you get this clinic job and immediately, I mean immediately, the head nurse has you in a supply closet. She doesn't even pretend it's medical. Just shoves those massive tits in your face and talks about stress relief. The thighjob scene that follows is what I'd call aggressively functional, like the animator had one reference video and a deadline. Her stockings have this weird seam that clips through her leg in two frames. I noticed. Can't unsee it. But the way she teases, pulling back right when the meter fills up, that's some old school Corruption of Champions mind game shit. You learn to hate the edge button. Then you meet the intern, a futa with a bigger package than you, and the power dynamic flips so fast you get whiplash. One minute you're groping her in the break room, the next she's got you bent over a desk. The sandbox stuff means you can just loop the creampie scenes with the older gilf administrator until the pregnancy flag triggers. No real consequence, just a belly mesh that appears and then disappears next scene. Classic.

The writing though. It's a sitcom that forgot the laugh track. Some dialogue choices are genuinely sharp, like when you can tell the milf doctor you're "conducting a hands on examination" while literally doing a titfuck. Other times it reads like a bad translation of a bad translation. The oral sex scenes have this wet, sloppy sound design that's way too loud in the mobile version. Had to fumble with my phone's volume rocker on the bus. Not my proudest moment. The animated handjobs have this one loop where the wrist bends wrong. Breaks the whole rhythm. But then you get a threesome scene with the two rival nurses and suddenly the jank becomes choreography. They work together, one on your face, one on your cock, and the camera just sits there like a security feed. No music. Just skin sounds and heavy breathing. It's uncomfortable. It's hot. It's the kind of thing that sticks with you not despite the rough edges but because of them. This dev gets that. Most don't.
