The whole thing runs on that old Flash engine where the animations are basically two keyframes held together with hope and a tween. The "gameplay" is just clicking through dialogue boxes where Naruto keeps ranting about Sasuke. Every single line is about that bastard. Dude, she's literally right there, maybe try a different tactic? But no, it's all "Sasuke this" and "Sasuke that" while the Kyuubi chakra effect, which is just a red filter slapped over the screen, flares up. The actual sex scenes are these choppy loops. One moment he's got her bent over, the next the cumshot just appears. No transition, no build up, just a sudden white splatter that looks more like someone threw a spoonful of yogurt at the screen. The creampie finish is equally abrupt, a static image that lingers for an uncomfortably long time while that flute keeps going.

The whole thing feels like a corrupted memory of a Naruto episode you weren't supposed to see. The sound effect for the Kyuubi powering up is just a stock lion roar pitched down. A lion. In a ninja village. Makes you wonder if the sound designer even watched the show or just grabbed the first "angry animal" file they found. The whole thing is a broken, horny mess and honestly, the brokenness is the only memorable part.
